1. Our approach
FMCG, food and beverages need assurance that respects daily production, perishable stock and thousands of channel partners. Codec Networks works on four principles:
- Production and food safety first: plan plant and cold-chain work with operations and quality teams; passive first, active only by agreement and never during critical runs.
- Strong boundaries: segment IT from plants, utilities and IoT, broker every OEM, co-packer and partner connection.
- Assume ransomware and fraud: make ERP, order processing and line configurations recoverable, make claims and records tamper-evident, and rehearse serving the trade without IT.
- Prove it to retailers, regulators and consumers: map findings to IEC 62443, ISO/IEC 27001, DPDP, PCI DSS and the questionnaires retailers and insurers send.
2. Mapping threats to services
