1. Our approach
Hospitality needs assurance that follows the guest journey. Codec Networks works on four principles:
- Follow the data: map guest identity, card and loyalty data across properties, platforms and vendors before anything else.
- Test the way attackers book: booking engines, apps, OTA integrations, payments and Wi-Fi tested with the techniques used against hotels and platforms.
- Assume ransomware: make PMS, PoS and booking systems recoverable and rehearse running a property on paper.
- Prove it to guests, brands and regulators: findings mapped to DPDP, PCI DSS v4.0.1, ISO/IEC 27001, CERT-In expectations and brand standards.
2. Mapping threats to services
The table maps the 18 threats identified in Document 4 of this set to the Codec Networks services that help mitigate them.
