1. Our approach
Textiles, apparel and consumer manufacturing need assurance that respects the shipment calendar and the buyer relationship. Codec Networks works on four principles:
- Season first: plan testing and changes around sampling, shipment and sale calendars; never test a D2C platform or ERP in the middle of a peak event without agreement.
- Identity and sharing under control: MFA everywhere, verified payment changes, classified designs and reviewed contractor access.
- Assume ransomware and fraud: make ERP, PLM and documents recoverable and rehearse shipping without IT.
- Prove it to buyers and consumers: map findings to ISO/IEC 27001, PCI DSS, DPDP and the questionnaires your brands send.
2. Mapping threats to services
The table maps the 18 threats identified in Document 4 of this set to the Codec Networks services that help mitigate them.
